Knowledge Transfer
INSEARCH is a not-for-profit association that evaluates and transfers key knowledge and technology that is mandatory for African countries and universities to catch up with the ever-changing developmental platform – from the agriculture revolution, first industrial revolution, second industrial revolution, third industrial revolution and the new ones to come. Core Values
Our culture and motivation are driven by our LIFT values. LIFT stands for Leverage Innovation For Transformation. We align our projects and activities with our values to LIFT Africa by transferring key hands-on research equipment for African universities, as well as partaking and consulting in curriculum adjustments for the new technological and machine age. Advocacy for Change
We provide parallel stand-alone training or in collaboration with African universities on key skills that are not properly handled in their environment. We regularly interview participants and stake holders on the relevance of curricula to local economic growth and poverty reduction, differentially compare the curricula with state-of-the-art practise elsewhere and advice stake holders on our findings. Partnering for growth
We partner with African universities to adjust their curricula for especially the STEM subjects, to be in line with skills badly needed to tool up Africa for development in the third industrial revolution. We believe durable development begins with a youthful population trained in sound theory and hands-on skills. In doing this, we intermediate expertise and equipment donations for hands-on training.
